When will I receive my package?
If you paid extra for priority shipping, you should receive your package within 2-3 business days after we have sent the order.
If you used free shipping or paid for economy shipping, your package can take up to 15 days to arrive after we have sent the order (according to USPS).

My bracelet that I bought three months ago is falling apart, what do I do?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. After 30 days, the product is no longer covered by our return policy.
However, to fix a bracelet that is falling apart, you can restring it yourself.
